WORKBLOG: 2009: 40

  • Current Mood: saddened by incompetent official imbeciles
  • Needing: deadlines to vanish and life to be lived sans official c-word

Sunday, October 4, 2009:

Nipped on the PC to tidy files and type up notes. Of course, I stayed on to write a blog and letter before hopping off…

Monday, October 5, 2009:

I wrote 2 articles before living life and attending a 5.5 hour brainwashing course.

Tuesday, October 6, 2009:

Drained from sleeplessness and brainwashed from the course, I hopped online and then struggled to make headway on relocating to England with no success. Later on, I tidied files and printed out learning notes for the second half of the course that I DO want to take - on Buddhism. I then tried to write a contest entry article - only to find that some of my research had not saved properly. (I told you - it was one of THOSE days…) I managed to write up 2 articles though - but then decided to give up on having a workday - it just wasn't meant to be.

Wednesday, October 7, 2009:

The weather put me off from relaxing into a proper catch-up workday, with howling winds, rain showers, and dark clouds threatening to storm. I began at 7-28am with coffee and composing 2 letters. I then wrote 3 blogs and tidied my files. I continued by writing a contest entry article before a jahe wangi break.

As the winds howled, I began on another contest entry article and ended up writing 4 before a short freecell & wine brain-break. I then typed up some notes and wrote another contest entry article and letter before quitting a tad early. I returned after a nap to take a Buddhism class.

Thursday, October 8, 2009:

Starting off online, I broke to shower prior to tidying my files. I had happily spotted that I shot up from 8th to 2nd place in the current rankings for the latest writing contest after loading my work! I wrote 2 & ½ contest entry articles before turning out the PC and 'living' til my crappy appy. I had to rest and then go out twice more late at night to get my passport piccies signed instead of work later on.

Friday, October 9, 2009:

I netted.

Sunday, October 11, 2009:

I tidied my files, wrote a blog, & wrote a letter. I took a Buddhism class after doing the reading and then hit da net...
