WORKBLOG: 2009: 36

  • Current Mood: a touch wobbly
  • Needing: to know where i will live next year
A lazy week....

Monday, September 7, 2009:

Netted from 9 thru late lunch. Took an hour out to live and then came back, my mouth on fire from a rather HOT yet yummy carrot n coconut curry! I tidied my files and then wrote 4 blogs and typed up my notes. I then wrote another 2 blogs. I then disappeared myself into my final Buddhism class for the 6th course…

Tuesday, September 8, 2009:

Despite being my day off, I came to the computer to take my course 6 final, type up my notes, and write a poem. Later, I went online to load some blogs. This made up for the cut-short days of Sun and Mon.

Wednesday, September 9, 2009:

I began my workday by tidying files, writing a blog, and typing up my notes, accompanied by a coffee. I then wrote another 3 blogs. Next, I read up for the first class of course seven and printed out the first half of the study documents. I then wrote another 4 blogs and off-camera'd some photos, which I then fixed up.

I then checked out 6 possible freelance jobs, and created applications/sample work for two of these. I then began work on a newsletter, before working on ATSH til lunch hour. (Since going vegan, I need two meals per day instead of one big one, so I have to eat both lunch and dinner, now.) I returned to take class 1 of (ACI Buddhism) course 7 after working some more on my ATSH text.

Friday, September 11, 2009:

(I took an extra day off yesterday, as I really needed to catch up on gardening, shopping, chores and Dharma.) Today, I netted.

Sunday, September 13, 2009:

Dizzy fever and sleeplessness did not help to bring me to the desk this morning. I tidied my files and wrote 2 blogs. I then typed up my notes. I then wrote a letter. I showered and then wrote an article. I then wrote up another blog before taking a proper break.

Due to personal life (major changes about to happen) I was uncertain if I would do any more work today. (I need extra time out from work to think thru some massive considerations and resettle.) the appraioch of gales and a storm prevented my option of returning to work again later anyway. I also had to hold a life-changing conversation with my son about our shared future and famly comittments.
